Job summary

StandardAero in San Antonio, TX seeks a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and government property for the site. You will develop strategic supply chain programs, drive continuous improvement, and build capable teams aligning with customer commitments and growth.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain, leadership in complex ops, and expertise in ERP/MRP and risk management in aerospace contexts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
10+ years progressive supply chain experience with leadership responsibilities.
5+ years leading supply chain functions or complex operations.
Experience in procurement, supplier management, material planning, inventory, logistics, or warehousing.
Experience developing or implementing supply chain strategies addressing cost, quality, delivery, and inventory.
Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives or organizational change.
Experience using ERP/MRP or SCM systems.
Experience managing supply continuity risks.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy for the San Antonio site, aligning resources with operational requirements and growth.
Lead procurement and supplier management strategies to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
Oversee material planning, purchasing, inventory, kitting, and material flow for production readiness and optimized working capital.
Lead SIOP processes to align demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial planning.
Oversee logistics and warehouse operations for receiving, storage, movement, and distribution of materials.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, trade, contractual, and government property requirements.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, RCCA, and other methodologies.
