Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, is seeking Direct Support Professionals to supervise DSP I and II and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at Coastal Regional Center in Summerville, SC.

Responsibilities include supervising DSPs, ensuring ISP documentation, and overseeing Active Treatment under the ID Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and one year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise Direct Support Professionals and monitor ISP documentation.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and ISP data entry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals I and II.
• Ensure ISP documentation is complete and monitored.
• Oversee Active Treatment per ID Team plans and GER reporting.
• Report significant events per policy and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
