Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver\'s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to meet DHS Rule 11 and Rise MVR background check requirements.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to adults with disabilities in community and program settings.
• Train and assist individuals to perform tasks.
• Track and record work production for each person served.
• Coordinate transportation as needed; Rise vehicle may be provided.
• Communicate regularly with the team and ensure safety and quality standards.
