Rise Incorporated in Minnesota is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the Life Enrichment Program to assist adults with disabilities in our community sites in Anoka, Coon Rapids, and Oakdale. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm with no evenings or weekends, and wage is hourly based on experience.
Level I–III roles vary in responsibilities, including personal care, transportation, and case management as needed.
Level 1: $17.86 - $18.39 per hour
Level 2: $18.91 - 19.96 per hour
Level 3: $21.01 - $22.06 per hour

This position may be filled at the Direct Support Professional Level I, Level II or Level III, depending on qualifications, experience, and program needs.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will work directly with adults with disabilities to support their goals in both community and program settings. Your day may include:
No driving responsibilities required
Focus on direct care and implementation of person-centered support plans
Complete required service documentation and daily care tasks
Provide daily transportation of persons supported using company vehicles (vans/buses)
Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet insurability requirements
Follow all transportation safety procedures and protocols
Provide case management support as necessary
Maintain medication administration certification
Assist and mentor DSP levels 1 and 2 in training as needed
