Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, or co-occurring diagnosis.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in short- and long-term housing programs.
• Assist in assessing individual needs and performing direct care duties.
• Develop and implement residential support plans with goals.
