Job summary

Bancroft in Mount Laurel, NJ is hiring Senior Direct Support Professionals for the Children’s Transitional Program. This in-person, full-time, non-exempt role offers an hourly rate of $22.61–$23.07 plus differential and a Monday–Friday 10am–6pm schedule.

You will supervise and guide individuals served, support daily living skills, and coordinate with program staff and families to ensure compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; related field education preferred.
• BA in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience, or 6 months as Program Associate within Bancroft.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill-building to persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others.
• Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.
