Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. in Laguna Niguel, CA, is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead a full-service dining operation for our resident community.

You will train and mentor dining staff, supervise back-of-house and front-of-house operations, and maintain high resident satisfaction through excellent service and food safety standards. Two years of waitstaff experience and a high school diploma are preferred, with strong organizational skills and the ability to supervise others

Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience as a waitperson in a full-service restaurant (preferred).
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge of proper dining room etiquette and food sanitation and safety.
• Must have the ability to supervise and coordinate with others.
• Outstanding customer service experience.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
