Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services in Cincinnati, OH. This role leads day-to-day foodservice operations, directs a team, and manages client relationships and profitability for the account.

You will drive talent development and ensure service excellence across the unit, while aligning with budget and safety standards in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• ServSafe certified is a plus.
• Must be forward thinking, proactive and the face of the Company.

Responsibilities
