Job summary

Century Park Associates in Post Falls, ID is seeking enthusiastic servers to join our dining team for PT or FT shifts. We operate daily with 30-40 hours for full-time and 15+ hours for part-time; wage is DOE. Experience in food/service preferred.

The Server role focuses on delivering restaurant-style dining with hospitality, assisting residents with choices, helping set up, clearing, and maintaining a safe, clean dining room. Lead Servers train new staff and ensure consistent service.

• Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park’s Code of Ethics and completes all required compliance training

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides new Servers according to Century Park standards
• Assists with meal counts and tickets
• Greets residents and visitors in a welcoming manner
• Assists residents with food selection
• Serves meals using trays
• Removes dishes throughout meal service and delivers to dishwashing area
• Removes soiled linens and places in designated laundry areas
• Prepares tables for next meal
• Removes trash and keeps dining room clean, dry and free of safety hazards
• Cleans tables and chairs and resets dining areas between meals
