Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee Broad Assistant Manager daily operations including hiring, training, scheduling, and staff performance.
• Instruct cooks in proper cooking methods and food safety processes.
• Oversee food costs of Broad Cafe with the Assistant Manager.
• Supervise General Helper Supervisor and sanitation across all units to health dept standards.
• Coordinate storage operations, organization, and maintenance.
• Ensure sanitation and safety programs are followed across units.
• Prepare and plan food service needs in advance of service dates.
• Engage with staff and customers to address concerns and improve service levels.
