Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a General Manager 2 to lead the dining service department for a unit with $3.51M–$7M annual volume. This senior role owns client relationships, drives budget and staffing decisions, and ensures quality, service, and safety standards are met.

You will coach and inspire the management team and coordinate hourly recruiting with the district manager. You’ll oversee operations, staffing, training, and performance monitoring, while fostering engagement and ongoing client

Qualifications

• 15+ years in professional food service.
• 6+ years in a management role.
• Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee all dining operations for the unit.
• Develop budgets, monitor revenue, costs, and contract compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop management and hourly staff.
• Liaise with the client to improve services and satisfaction.
