Job summary

Convergence Networks is seeking a Power Platform & AI Specialist to design, build, and support Microsoft-based solutions for managed services and client projects. You’ll partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot.

You will build dashboards and reports, implement AI-enabled workflows, and ensure governance and data security while collaborating across CRM, ERP, and finance systems

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of Power Platform, BI, Microsoft 365, or related client-facing technical consulting experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Power Query, DAX, data modeling, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of Copilot, AI use cases, intelligent automation, and governance considerations.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business users and stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Power Platform & AI Specialist to design, build, and support practical Microsoft-based solutions for managed services and client projects. You’ll partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot.


What You’ll Do


  • Build and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.

  • Troubleshoot solution performance, refreshes, data accuracy, and user issues.

What You’ll Bring


  • 3–5+ years of Power Platform, BI, Microsoft 365, or related client-facing technical consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, data gateways, refresh management, and workspace administration.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or Microsoft reporting tools.

  • Microsoft Power Platform or AI certifications.
