Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks a Sr. Digital Workplace Technician to deliver general hardware and software support for business users, working with stakeholders to remove friction and boost productivity through AI and automation.

Responsibilities include site ownership, cross-functional partnerships, and end-to-end A/V support. Role requires resolving tickets from FTEs, BPOs, TPAs onsite or remotely via Lark, Google Chat, etc.

Qualifications

Extensive direct user-facing IT support experience in a high-growth/FAANG-equivalent environment.
Experience with Windows, macOS, and Unix/Linux environments.

Responsibilities

Site ownership for onsite and regional offices; lead technical visits and office expansions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to align regional tech with global objectives and AI workflows.
Provide tier 1–3 technical support and act as final escalation point for hardware/software issues.
Own end-to-end A/V setup and support for conference rooms using Crestron, Logitech, and related systems.
Create and maintain security policies and standard images for global deployment.
Partner with service owners to evaluate and deploy enterprise solutions; administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
