Job summary

Truist is seeking a Wealth Omni Digital Strategist to partner across enterprise digital, vendors, technology, operations, and marketing to deliver competitive digital solutions for wealth clients and teammates.

You will set strategic direction for a wealth segment, analyze client feedback, manage vendor partnerships, and advocate for digital client experience improvements while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years in digital/web, eCommerce or eBusiness.
• Two years leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose actionable solutions.
• Strong communication of complex concepts.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey ideas clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, but works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evangelize the digital wealth strategy in partnership with vendors and internal teams.
• Define data-driven opportunities and guide product roadmaps.
• Manage vendor relationships and influence product decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve omni-channel client experiences.
• Ensure consistency of digital experience across channels and segments.
• Triage and resolve a range of product and client issues.
• Support research, testing, and training for new digital features and processes.
• Prepare briefs and status reports for key stakeholders.
