Job summary

CTG is seeking a Senior Product Digital Twin & 3D Pipeline Lead in Morrisville, NC to drive high-fidelity digital product twins and end-to-end CAD-to-creative workflows. You will convert CAD, CMF data, and design specs into production-ready 3D assets, manage complex assemblies, and set governance for LOD and metadata.

You will collaborate with industrial design and engineering teams, ensure alignment with product specs, and enable CGI, ecommerce, and AI-enabled creative production with robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years in product visualization or digital twins or CGI.
• Experience translating CMF specifications into photorealistic assets.
• Ability to build scalable 3D production pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of 3D asset governance and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-fidelity digital twins and 3D assets.
• Own CAD-to-creative pipeline including CAD cleanup, tessellation, UV mapping, and PBR texturing.
• Manage complex assemblies, configurations, SKUs, and variants while preserving geometry.
• Establish standards for geometry, materials, file formats, and metadata.
• Train teams on approved digital product assets and standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and evolving tech usage.
