Reconstruct in Chicago is seeking a Digital Twin & Asset Data Manager to lead our end-to-end deliverables from 360° captures to accurate floor plans, digital twins, and asset data. You will set quality standards, optimize workflows, and own the final product with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will manage a small team of specialists and interns, diagnose registration and alignment issues, and ensure scale, coordinates, and asset placement meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in reality capture, digital twin production, VDC/BIM, surveying, GIS, or a closely related spatial data field.
• Track record of building and/or improving QA processes, SOPs, and operational metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communicator, able to document standards clearly for non-technical customers.

Responsabilités

• Own the final deliverable to our operations, facility and compliance customers in healthcare and construction.
• Define and maintain accuracy and quality standards and the documentation that supports them.
• Hire, train, and manage operations interns and reality capture staff.
• Track throughput, turnaround time, rework rates, and accuracy metrics; report to leadership and drive improvements.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to prioritize improvements, automate QA steps, and feed learnings back into the platform.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers on capture requirements, deliverables, and accuracy questions.
• Plan capacity and scheduling across concurrent customer projects.
