The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior staff. Domestic travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads digital transformation engagements with clients and staff to renovate technology and business models.
• Guides governance, operating models, and capability development to support strategic goals.
• Analyzes digital performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assesses client infrastructure to identify gaps and enhance technical performance.
• Defines digital transformation requirements to improve efficiency.
• Develops work plans to drive engagement success and conducts strategic communications.
• Manages projects to deliver on time, within budget and with quality.
• Conducts project meetings and workgroups.
• Serves as a technical expert and leads resolution of technical issues.
• Leads, coaches, develops and trains assigned consultants.
• Monitors workloads and allocates resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Provides performance feedback and may conduct reviews.
• Champions responsible digital transformation practices with ethical development and implementation.
