Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• 8 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency is contingent on duties and workload.

Responsibilities

• Leads digital transformation engagements by collaborating with clients and technical staff to renovate technology and business models.
• Guides clients on governance and operating models, capability development, and digital strategies.
• Analyzes digital performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Assesses client infrastructure to identify gaps and improve technical performance.
• Guides digital transformation journeys by gathering user needs to determine best solutions.
• Develops project work plans, conducts strategic communications, and manages delivery.
• Leads, coaches, and trains assigned consultants.
• Monitors staff workloads and ensures high-quality delivery.
• Provides feedback and conducts performance reviews.
• Champions ethical and transparent digital transformation practices.
