Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation engagements with clients and technical staff to renovate technology and business models.
• Guide governance and operating models, and build capability to support strategic goals.
• Analyze digital performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assess client infrastructure to identify gaps and improve technical performance.
• Guide transformation journeys by collecting user needs and determining best digital solutions.
• Develop project work plans and conduct strategic communications to drive success.
• Manage projects to deliver on time, within budget and with high quality.
• Conduct project meetings and lead teams; serve as a technical expert for issue resolution.
• Coach, develop and train assigned consultants; monitor workloads and resources.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct reviews as needed.
• Champion responsible digital transformation practices with ethical implementation.
