• Guides clients to governance and operating models, and capability development to support strategic goals.
• Analyzes digital performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Performs an assessment of client infrastructure to identify gaps and improve technical performance.
• Leads digital transformation journeys by gathering user needs and determining best digital solutions.
• Ensures project work plans are developed to drive engagement success and conducts strategic communications.
• Manages projects to deliver on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Conducts project meetings and workgroups.
• Serves as a technical expert and leads resolution of technical issues.
• Leads, coaches, develops, and trains assigned consultants.
