Job summary
Offset Strategic Services is seeking a Technical Fellow - Digital Transformation Architect to provide high‑level technical leadership for complex DoD programs. You will shape technical direction, influence enterprise strategy, mentor staff, and ensure the highest standards of cybersecurity, analysis, and execution across OSS projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/MIS/Math or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive technical experience supporting DoD or federal missions.
- Active DoD Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred based on program support.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior‑level insight and authoritative technical guidance across specialized technical domains.
- Review architectures, research approaches, modeling methods, prototypes, and technical documentation for accuracy and mission relevance.
- Support high‑complexity proposal development, R&D initiatives, and customer engagements requiring advanced technical solutions.
- Shape OSS's technical standards, quality expectations, and information technology methodologies.
