Offset Strategic Services (OSS) is seeking a Digital Transformation Architect to act as a top technical authority, guiding strategic direction and advancing mission-focused capabilities for DoD and federal partners.

You will mentor engineers, drive innovative solutions, and ensure high standards across security, architecture, and documentation, while engaging with government and industry stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field; Master's/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive technical experience in DoD or federal missions.
• Proven history of technical leadership and high-impact contributions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred based on program.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical guidance across specialized domains.
• Review architectures, research approaches, modeling methods, prototypes, and docs for accuracy.
• Support high-complexity proposal development, R&D initiatives, and customer engagements.
• Shape OSS's technical standards, quality expectations, and IT methodologies.
