Job summary

DEFTEC Corporation, based in Norfolk, VA, seeks a Senior Contractor Support to lead NATO digital transformation initiatives, including ADSE program management, OTIS portfolio management, and strategic communication efforts. The candidate will analyze quantitative and qualitative data, model business processes, and craft decision-making tools for NATO-level planning and information sharing.

Qualifications

• Active NATO or Nation Secret Clearance is required.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering, International Business Administration, Quality Engineering, or related discipline with 2 years related experience; or equivalent professional qualification with 4 years post related experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in the last 10 years leading P3M initiatives including requirements management and elicitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior advisory and delivery leadership for NATO's digital transformation initiatives, including ADSE program management and OTIS portfolio management.
• Support DT information and knowledge management, strategic communications, and digital literacy and education.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, model as-is and to-be processes, and develop decision-making aids and risk assessments.
• Lead business process modeling and document improved to-be processes.
• Develop event support, communications plans, and dependencies management plans.
