Job summary

Ironclad Defense Works seeks a Senior Digital Transformation Program & Portfolio Manager to drive NATO-wide digital initiatives in Norfolk, VA. You will lead complex programs, coordinate governance, and support cloud modernization and data initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in defense transformation, senior-level briefing, and capability development within a dynamic enterprise environment. On-site work and active security clearance are required.

Qualifications

University degree in IT or related discipline with at least two years of related experience; or higher secondary education with advanced vocational training and at least four years of related experience.
At least five years of experience leading project, program, or portfolio management initiatives in the past ten years.
Experience with requirements management and requirements elicitation.
Working knowledge of project/program/portfolio management, digital transformation, and information technology.
At least three years briefing senior leaders or decision-makers in the past ten years.

Responsibilities

Lead and support project, program, and portfolio management activities for NATO digital transformation initiatives.
Support planning, governance, execution, and coordination across enterprise transformation activities.
Support digital transformation program management and information management initiatives.
Conduct requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement for transformation initiatives.
Support cloud migration, enterprise data modernization, and cloud-native adoption.
