Job summary

Nestlé's Gerber Products Company seeks a data-driven analyst to manage and deploy digital solutions (Globe/SAP, DMO, Prometheus, Power BI, TrendMiner) to support line performance and business continuity.

The role requires a BS/BA with 5 years of experience, strong SAP expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects while delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Prefer experience in food processing or pharma industries.
• Broad experience with SAP mapping & integration.
• Power BI experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, data flow & extraction.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and solve operational problems related to material and labor costs.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to overcome them.
• Develop databases and tools (Power BI, TrendMiner) for loss analysis.
• Lead or participate in performance improvement projects.
• Manage SAP master data and ensure data integrity.
• Design SAP/DMO mappings for new rollouts or enhancements.
