Job summary

Nestlé S.A. seeks a data-focused analyst to manage and deploy digital solutions (Globe/SAP, DMO, Prometheus, PowerBi, TrendMiner) ensuring site continuity and cost control.

You will lead data integrity, SAP/DMO integration, and performance improvement initiatives on the plant floor. Requirements include a BS/BA with 5 years of experience, strong skills in SAP and PowerBi, plus collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Broad experience with SAP mapping and integration.
• Experience with PowerBi is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Line Analysis & Routine Review of Line Performance: investigate, analyze and solve operational problems related to material and labor costs.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to overcome problems.
• Develop database systems (PowerBI, TrendMiner) to support loss analysis.
• Identify areas of excessive cost and implement digital tools to reduce costs.
• Conduct capacity studies when needed.
• Lead or participate in Performance and other improvement projects.
• Support BUs in operational reviews.
• SAP/DMO Data Analysis and Support: manage SAP master data and ensure data integrity.
• Lead SAP system design for integration with DMO and map SAP/DMO for rollouts.
• Manage SAP interface with other systems and monitor data transfers.
• Perform month-end cleanup and outages management.
• Troubleshoot and support daily SAP issues.
• Compliance: manage DMO master data and ensure alignment with SAP.
• Train production staff on DMO and SAP; provide data health feedback.
• Monitor GFI health checks and drive improvements.
• Support budget prep and maintain factory data systems.
• All employees participate in NCE and TPM.
