Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital strategy, communications or related field with web, content, search and social experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to translate findings into insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with auditing user journeys, content organisation and optimisation; knowledge of SEO and evolving search.

Responsibilities

• Support development of integrated digital strategies across websites, content, search, social and AI discovery.
• Conduct audits to identify audience behaviours, performance trends and opportunities for strategic recommendations.
• Analyse SEO and GEO activities, competition, and AI-driven search patterns to inform strategy.
• Contribute to website and content strategies, defining user journeys and content priorities.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
• Present findings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support programs.
