Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product development/product management environment.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Executing and driving mid-size feature application design and development to completion as a development lead.
• Operating with autonomy to influence application design and development with subject matter expertise.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting coding, performance and design challenges.
• Root cause research for development and performance concerns; defect resolution.
• Understanding technical requirements for solutions and system life-cycle needs.
• Partnering with vendors for technology and UX components to improve velocity.
• Participating in full development life cycle and coordinating agile with waterfall elements.
• Influencing strategic functional decisions through clear communication and diplomacy.
• Communicating progress, managing risks, and aligning with organizational goals.
• Reviewing metrics and improving visibility across programs.
