Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Digital & Social Intelligence Senior Analyst in Arlington, VA to transform real-time consumer insights across brands and categories. You will lead social listening initiatives, build stakeholder-ready analyses, and guide teams through self-service insights while collaborating with analytics, consumer insights, and marketing teams.

As part of the Commercial Excellence organization, you will balance tactical research requests with strategic AI-enabled capabilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, analytics, communications, business, economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social listening and additional social research, including in-tool navigational experience and strategic storytelling of analysis results.
• 3–5 years in a strategic role working with data analytics, with a focus on developing strong dashboards and/or other automatically refreshable visualizations that empower stakeholders to quickly identify key takeaways from data.
