Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable technology across pharma, biotech, and medical-device clients. You will lead quality-process assessments, define requirements, and design compliant digital workflows that span LIMS, eQMS, MES, and ERP systems.

You will own key deliverables, validate data integrity, and guide audits and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences quality, QA, QC, or related field.

Responsibilities

Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, system interfaces, data and pain points.
Document process flows, data mappings, interface requirements, and acceptance criteria for digital quality solutions.
Design and improve digital-quality workflows using eQMS/QMS platforms and integration with enterprise systems.
Integrate QA/QC and laboratory data across LIMS, eQMS/QMS, MES, ERP, and other systems.
Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts and maintain traceability between requirements and test evidence.
Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear documentation.
