Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own digital initiatives that enhance customer experiences across mobile and desktop. You will drive projects from discovery through delivery, collaborating with product, design, QA, and engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong PM discipline, knowledge of eCommerce technologies (Shop/Commerce Cloud a plus), UI/UX awareness, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience defining scope, timelines, profitability, and delivery of digital solutions.
• Strong grasp of current web technologies and ecommerce initiatives.
• PMI or PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of digital projects to ensure on-time, high-quality consumer experiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, design, and engineering.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and success metrics.
• Identify risks and issues; communicate updates to leadership.
• Coordinate vendor and internal solutions; ensure successful handoffs.
• Oversee UAT, final sign-off, and production handoff.
