Job summary

Fingerpaint Group is seeking a proactive Digital Project Manager to lead multi-channel digital initiatives for health and wellness clients in a fast-paced environment. You will own timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver on brief.

You will drive MarTech project estimation, maintain governance across tasks, and ensure best practices in proofing, QA, and development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of digital production and digital tactics including emails, web development, estimating and managing digital work for internal and external clients.
• Advanced understanding of web, mobile, SMS, and email development best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Veeva CRM and RTE.
• Working understanding of omnichannel programs to support Omni projects.
• Advanced understanding of ADA and WCAG standards and best practices.
• Advanced understanding of requirements gathering.
• Advanced understanding of QA/UAT processes.
• Solid understanding of the digital development lifecycle and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and track multichannel digital projects for small to medium clients.
• Define schedules and assignments for digital projects and assist on Omnichannel projects using Jira, Workamajig, Confluence, and standup docs.
• Document functional requirements for development projects.
• Own the MarTech estimation process and provide effort/time estimates for projects.
• Define and track tasks, dependencies, priorities, and milestones; manage resources.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute recap documents for PM-led meetings.
• Ensure MarTech best practices are followed and steps are not missed.
• Define Jira epics and sub-tasks and ensure completion before handoff.
• Review proof routes and provide feedback to align with briefs and best practices.
• Define and track communication streams with clients, data providers, and third-party teams.
• Coordinate development lifecycle with all stakeholders through production and development phases.
• Lead in project meetings and provide actionable insights and issue-spotting.
• Participate in client calls to address questions and risks on behalf of the MarTech team.
• Partner with PM to develop and manage digital timelines and stay on budget.
• Monitor project burn and flag over-pacing across teams.
• Work with Project Management on project finances, flag out-of-scope requests, and drive change scopes.
• Interface with client brand and IT stakeholders to facilitate needs.
• Coordinate with internal partners to develop digital marketing tactics and present work.
