Qualifications

• Experience leading multichannel digital production projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, Workamajig, Confluence and meeting recaps.
• Understanding of ADA/WCAG standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with MarTech, data integration, and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and track multichannel digital projects for small to medium clients.
• Define schedules, assignments, and milestones across teams and vendors.
• Document functional requirements for development projects.
• Own MarTech estimation and effort planning for projects.
• Lead project meetings and capture clear action items and summaries.
• Ensure adherence to MarTech best practices and project briefs.
• Manage Jira epics, tasks, and handoffs to development and QA.
• Coordinate client communications and internal/external stakeholders.
