Quality Talent Group is seeking a results-driven analytics professional to partner with Supply Chain and Technology/Data teams in Mountainside, NJ. You will lead design, development, and deployment of analytics products that drive better decisions, service, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 4–6+ years translating business problems into analytics and reporting. You will influence stakeholders across functions and champion adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, product management, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience translating business problems into analytics, reporting, or technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Technology and Data teams to identify opportunities and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products that improve decision-making, service, operational efficiency, and cost.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Manage analytics initiatives from concept through deployment, driving stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
• Influence stakeholders across functions and support organizational adoption of new capabilities and processes.
