Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an analytics-focused professional to partner with Supply Chain, Technology, and Data teams to drive measurable business value through analytics and digital products.

You will translate business needs into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions, shaping end-to-end processes and improving operational efficiency with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4-6+ years of analytics, supply chain, product management, consulting, or related experience.
• Experience translating business problems into analytics, reporting, or technology solutions.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, and Data teams to identify opportunities and deliver analytics solutions.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Manage analytics initiatives from concept to deployment with stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Influence teams across functions to drive adoption of new capabilities and processes.
