You will translate business strategy into executable outcomes, partnering with technology, operations, investment management, compliance, and product leadership to deliver scalable trading solutions for advisors and clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management with ownership of digital/platform products.
• Strong trading domain knowledge across order lifecycle, execution, allocations, and workflows.
• Proven experience delivering products using Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to AI-enabled features or data-driven capabilities.
• Ability to lead without formal authority in a matrixed org.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic Trading Platform domain and shape long-term vision and prioritization.
• Lead backlog strategy and define requirements, rules, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through production stabilization.
• Ensure alignment of roadmap, business goals, and engineering capacity.
• Serve as the primary product decision-maker for assigned capabilities.
• Provide SME guidance on trading workflows, OMS, and advisor servicing capabilities.
• Drive modernization and API-first platform capabilities with architecture teams.
