Job summary

Charles Schwab's Wealth Management Products and Platforms team seeks a Senior Product Manager (individual contributor) to support digital experiences for advisors and clients in Schwab’s wealth offering. This role aims to deliver modern wealth management capabilities and integrate with Aladdin Wealth to improve advisor workflows, portfolio management, client reporting, and advice delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of product management or product development experience within financial services.
• Strong understanding of wealth management industry and advisor workflows.
• Experience with discovery, roadmaps, backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of advisor, client, and field needs using data, feedback, and research to improve wealth management experiences.
• Define and deliver the future portfolio management experience including portfolio analysis, client reporting, and trading workflows.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to integrate Aladdin Wealth into advisor and client workflows.
• Build and manage product roadmaps, priorities, requirements, and release plans.
• Coordinate across technology, UX, risk, compliance, operations, and vendors to align decisions and release readiness.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to leaders with clarity and outcomes.
