Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager in New York to oversee end-to-end product management for a portfolio of health tech applications and systems. You will drive the strategic roadmap, ensure user-centered design, and articulate value to stakeholders across IT, clinical, and business units.

The role requires strong leadership of product delivery pods, collaboration with engineers/QA, and metrics-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
6+ years of experience in a digital product team.
Experience leading Agile product development to deliver aligned to business strategy.

Responsibilities

Leads day to day planning, prioritization, execution, operational maintenance for full product/experience (multiple streams of work).
Leads one or more product delivery pods to execute against product roadmap (e.g. engineers/QA).
Builds organizational knowledge and develops relationships with business and operational partners.
Maintains product roadmap and strategy documentation and navigates prioritization with stakeholders and development teams.
Conducts technology or product assessments for competitive analysis and defines success criteria and metrics.
Develops solutions through cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Marketing, Communications, Clinical, Analytics, Security, UX/Design.
