Job summary

Amgen seeks a Sr. Digital Product Manager, Forecasting, to lead strategy, discovery, development, and adoption of high-impact digital products that improve forecasting, planning and decision support.

You will bridge business strategy with data science and technology to turn analytics into intuitive, scalable products used across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and R&D. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Digital Product Management experience
• Masters degree and 6 years of Digital Product Management experience
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Digital Product Management experience
• Associates degree and 10 years of Digital Product Management experience
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Digital Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Translate Amgen's digital strategy into product visions, roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer decisions, workflows, and planning challenges across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and R&D.
• Frame complex business problems as product opportunities, identifying where forecasting, optimization, simulation, or AI-enabled decision support can improve outcomes.
• Partner with leaders, data scientists, engineers, and designers to translate analytical methods into scalable digital products.
• Ensure forecasting products make assumptions and outputs understandable and actionable, with monitoring of model performance and adoption.
