Job summary

Margaux, a new kind of footwear brand, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Digital Product. Remote in the United States (East Coast preferred).

You will guide day-to-day site operations and partner with development, platform and app teams to support DTC, wholesale, marketplace and retail on a single digital backbone. You will define product strategy, manage roadmaps, oversee releases, and measure performance against KPIs while maintaining accessibility and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes.
• Strong digital brand experience and customer journey focus.
• Hands-on Shopify Plus experience with themes, apps, integrations.
• Merchandising ownership during launches and promos.
• Proven CRO track record and stack fluency.
• Experience directing developers from requirements to QA and release.
• Ability to create scalable intake/prioritization processes.
• Ability to set clear objectives and align teams.
• Deep industry knowledge of tech and retail trends.

Responsibilities

• Build site capabilities and customer interactions to boost engagement.
• Track tech trends and e-commerce innovations for new features.
• Evaluate site updates balancing effort with revenue impact.
• Turn roadmap concepts into polished site enhancements.
• Track KPIs and optimize sites using data.
• Maintain SOPs across full feature rollouts from scoping to deployment.
• Collaborate with operations leads to streamline workflows and targets.
• Define and execute product strategy, requirements, and release schedules.
• Oversee compliance and accessibility, coordinating with partners.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships including scope, SLAs, budgets, performance.
