Designer Brands is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive digital experiences for DSW and related brands. This remote role partners with Development, UX, Analytics, and business partners to shape roadmaps and deliver customer-centric outcomes.

You will balance customer needs with business priorities, define measurable success, and lead a team through ambiguity while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4+ years in Product Management or Product Owner.
• Experience owning digital products, platforms, or customer experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Product Management function of an Agile team with Development and BA.
• Define product opportunities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain and prioritize the roadmap and backlog based on value and impact.
• Articulate stories to align stakeholders on priorities and requirements.
• Make decisions using consumer insights, analytics, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with UX Design to ensure optimal experiences.
• Guide the product team and disseminate lessons learned.
• Define testing strategy with analytics for goal alignment.
• Bring technical acumen and a growth mindset to opportunities.
• Lead UAT testing for digital properties with business partners.
