Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Senior Digital Product Manager to drive vision and execution of a suite of digital products, integrating online experiences with on-site services.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, oversee end-to-end lifecycle, conduct market research, analyze feedback, measure performance, and partner with stakeholders to map customer journeys.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Digital Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of a suite of digital products. This role will oversee multiple products that enhance and complement our in-person, on-site business services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional online customer experiences that seamlessly connect with and enrich the offline, in-person interactions. This is a high-impact role including building and managing a team of Product Managers who will oversee individual products.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization, for multiple products.
• Facilitate market research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Measure and report on product performance, using insights to continuously improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the digital and on-site customer journeys.
• Develop and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding their career growth and ensuring successful management of individual products as the team scales.
