Cintas is seeking a Business Process Specialist I (BPS) to improve and support business processes across locations. The role includes on- and off-site support, evaluating processes for improvement, and helping develop training programs to communicate changes.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong teamwork, and solid project management and analytical skills, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities include ensuring business process functionality is properly utilized in business unit locations and providing on and off-site support to those locations; supporting the evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives in a defined business unit or business process, and assisting in the development in the delivery or training programs or presentations communicating process revisions to the organization.
