Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained for Senior Leadership roles, with hands-on assignments in Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales. The program develops leadership skills by leading a team and coordinating across departments.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and guiding teams, visiting customers to ensure service levels, and overseeing service and sales operations, with the aim of developing into General Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel 10%, including overnight stays.
• Regulatory driving requirements per DOT for heavy vehicles (>10,000 lbs).
• Active driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives to deliver excellent service.
• Visit customers to maintain service levels and upsell products.
• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to partners; manage Service and Sales assignments.

The Customer Service assignment involves leading a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives who deliver excellent services to customers. The Customer Service Manager role involves hiring, developing, training and motivating the team; visiting customers to maintain service levels; troubleshooting issues and upselling our products; coaching, evaluating and providing performance feedback to the partners. The Service and Sales assignments will be rolled into one management training experience during a time period spent in the office. These assignments involve managing the Service Center as a whole, managing the sales, office and production aspects of the office and overseeing the service department.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
