Good co India is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the digital product vision and end-to-end lifecycle.

You will collaborate across Engineering, UX/UI, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver impactful digital products and drive KPIs, adoption, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years in Product Management or digital product roles.
  • Proven experience owning products across their lifecycle.
  • Hands-on with discovery, roadmap, prioritization, MVPs, and launches.
  • Strong customer research, UX/UI, analytics, experimentation, and data-driven PM skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Job description

Role & responsibilities


  • Own the digital product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with business and customer objectives.

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct customer research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and data analysis to identify new product opportunities.

  • Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.

  • Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Data, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver digital products.

  • Define and track product KPIs, OKRs, adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics.

  • Use analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and A/B testing to make data-driven product decisions.

  • Lead product discovery and validate ideas through prototypes, MVPs, experiments, and user testing.

  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, effort, dependencies, and strategic priorities.

  • Drive successful product launches, releases, adoption, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, usability, conversion, engagement, and retention.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams on technical feasibility, architecture considerations, APIs, integrations, and delivery dependencies.

  • Monitor product performance and proactively identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and business impact to senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to building strong product management processes and practices.


Preferred candidate profile


  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, or a related product/technology role.

  • Proven experience owning digital products or platforms throughout their lifecycle.

  • Strong track record of delivering products that improve revenue, conversion, adoption, engagement, retention, or customer experience.

  • Hands-on experience with product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, Agile/Scrum, MVP development, and product launches.

  • Strong understanding of customer research, UX/UI principles, product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven product management.

  • Experience working with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and business teams in a cross-functional environment.

  • Strong knowledge of product metrics, KPIs, OKRs, A/B testing, funnels, customer journeys, and analytics tools.

  • Ability to translate complex business and customer problems into simple, scalable, and commercially viable product solutions.

  • Experience with digital technologies such as cloud platforms, APIs, mobile/web applications, SaaS, AI/ML, or data platforms is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, monetization, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • MBA/PGDM in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or Technology Management is preferred.

  • Product Management, Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking, or Product Analytics certifications are an advantage.
