You will establish standards, governance, and talent strategies while balancing near-term delivery with platform health and customer value creation for a regulated energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in digital product management with leadership of multiple Product Managers.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization at scale.
• Proven success collaborating with business leaders and IT/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns product vision and multi-year roadmaps for a portfolio of digital products.
• Aligns product strategy with business goals, regulatory requirements and enterprise value.
• Lead portfolio prioritization and cross-domain delivery decisions.
• Coach and develop Product Managers across experience levels.
• Establish product management standards and talent development strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
