Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a senior designer for digital products to shape partner-facing experiences across stores and support teams. You will lead design from planning to release, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.

You will design for iOS, Android, and Web, mentor other designers, and prototype using Sketch or tools like Principle or Framer. Join us in creating human-centered experiences for Starbucks partners and their families.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience of UX design for digital products.
• Experience designing for iOS.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and front-end constraints.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship user-centered features for partner-facing apps.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to team growth.
• Create prototypes with Sketch, Principle, or Framer.
• Iterate with data scientists and researchers to measure impact.
• Guide design from planning to release across multiple iterations.
