• Define the core elements of the Starbucks Retail Design System, specifying UX, visual, interaction and motion elements and guidelines.
• Cultivate internal knowledge around the design system as a subject matter expert.
• Facilitate adoption of the design system to secure best outcomes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product teams to design stores partner experiences for North America.
• Think in terms of systems and connect relationships across teams and experiences.
