Job summary

Merck seeks a Digital Strategy & Insights leader to drive the DS&I portfolio across GSMG and GWES. You’ll align digital initiatives with enterprise objectives, prioritize initiatives, and build compelling business cases to optimize resource use.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, create communications around product releases, and monitor value realization while driving ongoing portfolio improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, procurement, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in program and portfolio management, digital strategy and IT/real estate disciplines.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop a DS&I-specific strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Create business cases for new technologies and prioritize projects.
• Coordinate with IT and stakeholders to align digital priorities.
• Build marketing content for product releases and raise adoption awareness.
• Maintain communication plans and monitor portfolio milestones and risks.
• Develop stakeholder relationships to meet objectives and drive value.
• Define value realization measures and pursue continuous improvements.
