Job summary

MSD Malaysia invites a Senior Specialist to lead Digital Program Portfolio Management within DS&I. You will align portfolio initiatives with enterprise objectives, build business cases for new technologies, and collaborate with IT and key stakeholders to prioritize digital investments across GSMG & GWES.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in program/portfolio management, digital transformation, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DS&I Portfolio Lead to align DS&I strategy with enterprise objectives.
• Support business case development for new technologies across GSMG & GWES to prioritize initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT and GSMG & GWES stakeholders to align digital priorities.
• Create marketing and communication content for product releases with GSMG & GWES teams.
• Maintain communication plan based on the digital roadmap including IT and GBS.
• Develop relationships with leadership to achieve key deliverables.
• Review project details across documents to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze DS&I portfolio backlog and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define value realization measures for initiatives.
• Complete ad-hoc projects to support the portfolio and optimize processes.
• Enforce standardized tools across DS&I, GSMG & GWES.
• Support programs to raise digital acumen across GSMG & GWES.
